Hampton County law enforcement officials are seeking the public’s help in identifying the owners of some small jewelry items discovered following one of the recent home burglaries in the area.
The jewelry could possibly be tied to one of the recent home burglaries within Hampton County or possibly the surrounding area. Officials are asking anyone recognizing this jewelry to please contact the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office at (803)914-2200.
The pieces include two praying hand heart lapel pins without the lapel pin back or possibly a butterfly clutch. The other piece appears to possibly be a pin with a design of a small cluster of hearts that may have been bent by being stepped on or this small piece of jewelry could have been attached to a hair pin.
